Japanese stationery company King Jim is offering printed notepads [JP] specifically aimed at iPhone owners. The idea here is to make it easier to digitize, store and organize handwritten text for smartphone users, a concept King Jim calls “Shot Note”.

I would bet that the biggest concerns for people that are interested in mobile payments are security and privacy of their mobile payment information. The last thing anyone wants is a mobile solution that is easy to hack allowing their account to be plundered by nefarious types.

Pacific Media Partners has announced the numbers for the pico projector market for Q4 2010. The numbers look pretty good for the small projectors with the shipments of the little devices doubling compared to Q4 2009. PMA’s numbers show that in Q5 2009 there were 134,000 units shipped.
