Who said that ZTE only made cheap phones ? Although they known as their low-cosat phone, apparenytly ZTE also trying to enter Smartphone market seriously. At Wireless Japan 09 expo thgis year, ZTE showing their smartphones called ZTE Xiang, ZTE Raise and ZTE D820.
