Amazon has discounted the upfront cost of the HTC Surround and the LG Quantum to $0.01 until Monday November 15 on a two-year contract with AT&T. The normal upfront price is $500 for either handset, making this one of the better ways to investigate Windows Phone 7 first-hand....
