A Windows Phone developer, Julien Schapman, said he has found another way to jailbreak the Windows Phone 7 OS, following up on ChevronWP7's efforts. According to WinRumors, Schapman will soon release a Windows Phone 7 Device Manager app, due out after Microsoft's own first WP7 update.
