Windows 7 is almost ready and its RTM (Released To Manufacturing) build is already have been passed on July 13, 2009 indicated by the build tag string 6.1.7600.16385.win7_rtm.090713-1255. This RTM release is also said to be the final gold code of Windows 7 RTM.
