VIA announcing a new mothernoard designed for netbook called VIA Surfboard C855. VIA Surfboard C855 is designed to support full HD video playback, so VIA embedding a C7-M ULV processor, one RAM socket capable to support up to 2GB RAM and Chrome9 GPU to Surfboard C855.
