Transcend today unveiled the spanking new external hard drive at CeBIT 2010 in Hanover, Germany. Known as the StoreJet 25D3, the storage device provides up to 640GB capacity. The 2.5-inch Transcend StoreJet 25D3 supports USB 3.0 interface with a transfer rate of up to 5Gbps.
