Seen at the Digital Contents Expo Tokyo is the c-loc, touchscreen enabled mapping software for “time and space.” Developed by Tokyo Polytechnic University, the futuristic technology here allows the user to visualize and play around with the geographical and chronological data via 3D graphics.
