Here is another USB gadget from Thanko, which fits well into their range of strange gadgets, the Thanko USB Shortwave AM/FM Radio. According to Thanko this is the first Shortwave USB radio, and it can also pick up AM/FM radio stations and it comes with bundled software and plugs into your USB port.
