Super Talent has unveiled a new USB powered RAID storage system at CES, the RAIDDrive USB 3.0. The device offers transfer speeds over 300MBps when used with USB 3.0 supported systems — five times the speed of USB 2.0 — and is also backwards compatible with earlier USB ports.
