Silicon Power has released a new Solid State Drive which they have dubbed the E20 2.5-inch SATA SSD. This new SSD features built-in DDR2 DRAM Cache Memory which the company says will enhance both the drive’s read and write performance plus it will expand the SSD’s lifespan as well.
