Samsung India has confirmed that the Galaxy Tab will receive Android Gingerbread (Android 2.3) and Honeycomb (Android 3.x) updates in the near future. For your info, the Samsung Galaxy Tab will go on sale from next week in most countries and runs on Froyo (Android 2.2) OS.
