Ricoh has introduced a new camera in Japan, the 10-megapixel CX4. It sports an equivalent 28-300mm lens and a rear-illuminated CMOS sensor. The camera also has a new image sensor-shift stabilization feature that reduces blur by an average of 3.7 shutter speed stops....
