Psystar's legal battle with Apple hasn't prevented it from releasing a high-end Mac clone this week. Psystar has launched the Open(3), a desktop machine equipped with a 2.53GHz Core2Quad processor, 4GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and a Blu-ray burner. Of course, it ships loaded with Mac OS X Leopard.
