Panasonic is above to launch its In-Dash CN-MW200D and CN-WM100D GPS Device in Japan this September. They both sport a 7-inch Touchscreen wide display, they also comes with iPod friendly connectivity so you can view your iPod Video on its 7-inch Wide Screen.
