OCZ has finally announced the price tag and the release date of their upcoming OCZ Colossus 1TB SSD. It will start shipping in mid August for a retail price of $2,500. As a reminder, the drive comes in a 3.5-inch format and provides a reading speed up to 250MB/s and a writing speed up to 220MB/s.
