Nokia has announced a new touchscreen phone called the Nokia 5250. The 5250 is a budget touchscreen device that follows along the lines of the 5800 theme of phones. The technical specs reveal that the device has a 2.8 inch touchscreen that has a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels.
