In an open letter from Nokia CEO Stephen Elop and Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer published today, the two chief executives promise to “disrupt” other mobile ecosystems, “overcome” challenges and “be swift” in their implementation of Windows Phone 7 on Nokia hardware.
