A new FCC filing for the Motorola Xoom tablet has been found. The device isn't mentioned by name, but what specs are there line up with those of the Android 3.0 tablet. These include a 1GHz Tegra 2 CPU, dual-band Wi-Fi and support for CDMA/EVDO 800 and 1900 bands.
