Nothing like a little courtroom drama (or "litigation," as they call it) to get the watercooler talk started, right? Motorola Mobility has just sued TiVo (yeah, TiVo!) for doing the unthinkable: infringing its patents for digital video recorders (DVRs). Ouch.
