As passersby enter the Mood Wall in an Amsterdam underpass, they are greeted with a wall like never seen before. The 2500 LEDs under a ribbed, semi-transparent wall create a wonderful light effect, while that may not exactly cheer everyone, it does provide a pleasant environment.
