KDDI has unveiled a new 3G CDMA e-book reader for the Japanese market. Measuring 198mm x 133mm x 9.6mm and weighing 296 grams, the gadget is powered by a 6-inch SVGA display screen, a 7500 page turns on a single charge and a 2GB of internal memory.
