HOTT’s newest Android MID has finally been shipped in China. Known as the MD500, the device packs a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a Rockchip RK2808 chipset, a 128MB RAM, a 4GB of storage, 720p HD video playback support, WiFi, an HDMI output and runs on Android 1.5 OS.
