Hannspree announced a new LCD HDTV today called the ST251MKB and it features a 1080p resolution. Measuring in at 25-inches, this HDTV is a part of the new ST series, meant for the mainstream market. This TV has a 2ms response time, 300cd/m2 brightness and a 10,000:1 contrast ratio.
