Tech giant Google is currently in the process of purchasing its Manhattan 111 8th Ave. building for approximately $2 billion. ( located between Eighth and Ninth avenues from 15th and 16th streets). Google currently rents around a fifth of the building at the moment, 550,000 square feet.
