A new Android tablet has just started shipping named the Cydle M7. Its an Android tablet equipped with a 7 inch screen with 800 x 480 resolution. Its powered by a ARM 11 800Mhz processor and has 8GB NAND flash memory that can be increased to 16GB and 256Mb of DDR2.
