HTC has just launched a new Windows Mobile 6.5 Smartphone on the Chinese Market thanks to a collaboration between the Smartphone Giants and China Telecom. The new handset is dubbed the HTC Oboe T9199, it comes with a large 4.3-inch Multitouch display.
