AT&T has announced its financial figures for Q4 2010, and the carrier has been buoyed by strong iPhone and tablet activations. Wireless revenues as a whole are up 9.9-percent, aided by 4.1m iPhone activations in the three month period, along with 442,000 tablet activations.
