The HP Mini features built-in access to the nation’s fastest 3G network and the largest Wi-Fi network in the U.S., and includes the new Microsoft Windows 7 operating system. It will be available for $199 after mail-in rebate via an AT&T Promotion Card and a two-year data service contract.
