Aptina yesterday announced its new CCS8140 8 Megapixel Camera Imaging Solution that combines a MT9E013 8MP CMOS image sensor with an Aptina MT9E311 imaging co-processor. The new CCS8140 solution will be placed in mass production starting Q4 of 2010.
