I'm digging Patrick Jouin's chunky bamboo cutting board for Alessi, new for Fall/Winter 2010. Dubbed the Chop, it's extra-thick and features a concave groove around the rim so you can slide a plate next to it; just cut and swipe to transfer your veggies to the plate, no lifting and angling required.
