Back when the iPad came out and the SDK was being explored, Greg singled out a few iPad features that we felt would be useful on the iPhone. Unfortunately only one of them seems to have made it in OS 4.0, but it’s a handy one: Bluetooth keyboard support.

NVIDIA is said to be working on a third high-end Fermi-based graphics card, at the bottom part of the GeForce GTX 400-series lineup. An unnamed but historically reliable source says the card will be known as the GTX 460 and have 1GB of GDDR5 RAM along with a 256-bit memory interface.

CTL launched a surprise entry into the tablet world on Thursday by showing a 2go Slate. Like HP's model, it shares some aesthetic similarities to the iPad and uses a customized version of the Windows 7 interface.

Apple's fourth-generation iPhone may integrate a camera flash module for capturing pictures in low-light conditions. Developers reportedly noticed a variety of new camera functions contained in the framework of the iPhone 4.0 beta released earlier on Thursday, according to AppleInsider.

Taiwan's BenQ will focus on developing e-book readers rather than bringing out a more capable tablet device, company president Danny Yao revealed in a recent interview. A color version of its nReader is due out later this year, Yao says, and he believes it will be the key to garnering more sales.
