Moments ago, in our chatroom, I said that, if I had the money, I’d buy two Bit-Tech’s review (fun fact: Bit-Tech is one of the few tech sites I read for pleasure, not just because I have to), is that, compared to the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R, the Rampage doesn’t justify its price.

There’s not a lot to say here. The retailing giant has said it is planning on offering Apple’s iPad by the end of the year. That’s what Gary Severson, Wal-Mart’s entertainment SVP, had to say, anyway.

Hope you didn’t download The Hurt Locker with BitTorrent because it looks like the film’s producers may be coming after you. They’re looking at a multi-million dollar copyright infringement lawsuit that would target “tens of thousands” of users.

LG Ally android 2.1 phone will be available at Verizon Wireless’s stores starting on May 20th. Will be sell with a $99.99 price tag after a $100 mail-in-rebate and two-year contract. LG Ally is a slider phone with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display and a full QWERTY keyboard.

Back in March Apple [AAPL] announced that they were suing HTC for allegedly infringing on their iPhone patents, HTC responded yesterday by filing a lawsuit which alleges that technology used in the iPhone, iPad and iPod infringes on HTC patents.
