Liquidware, an open source hardware company, has started selling DIY tablet computer kits. The heart of the tablet kit is a single-board computer with a 1GHz processor from Texas Instruments called a BeagleBoard. The kit’s 4.3-inch OLED touchscreen mounts directly on the BeagleBoard.

Apple [AAPL] has confirmed that the iPhone 4 has 512MB of RAM inside. The original iPhone and iPhone 3G had 128MB while the iPhone 3GS and iPad have 256MB.
