Filed under: HardwareI bought a one terabyte Time Capsule shortly after it hit the market, along with an external 1.5TB drive. I use the Time Capsule's internal drive to back up two smaller capacity Macs, while the external disk backs up my two larger capacity Macs.

Sony has been pushing for 3D more and more, and this E3 was kind of a turning point for them. The combination of the Move and 3D gaming means they actually have a unique angle on gaming now, instead of just a different controller and hardware.

Judge says $675,000 verdict for RIAA is unconstitutional

Boston Judge Nancy Gertner today ruled that the $675,000 in damages levied in the Joel Tenenbaum piracy case was illegal. An order from the legislator called the penalty "unconstitutionally excessive" and cut the penalty to $67,500.

T-Mobile in a surprise for subscribers this afternoon moved up the launch of the Samsung Vibrant to July 15. Originally slated for July 21, the Android phone should ship both to T-Mobile's stores and third parties a week earlier. It didn't explain the reasoning for the early release....
