The London high Court in the UK has passed a ruling that bans importing, advertising and selling R4 cards from Playables Limited in the country. The R4 is an accessory that lets users play custom code and illegally pirated games on Nintendo's DS handheld gaming console.

The NXT is a brick shaped computer that is capable of detecting inputs from sensors. We've seen the NXT used a number of times in custom built Lego projects.In this case, the NXT has been used to play back sounds and basically sound like a drum machine. The drum machine is called the NXT-606.

Flickr’d The importation, sale, or advertising of the R4 card, used to pirate Nintendo DS games, is now illegal in the UK. Defendants tried to argue that the R4 shouldn’t be demonized, much less made illegal, because it can also be used to play homebrew software. The High Court disagreed.
