One of the things that I use the most on Firefox during my day working on the PC is tabs. I have tons of tabs open when working. The thing I dislike most when I am using my iPad is that Safari has no tabs and you have to open a new browser window each time to get more than one website open.

You might recall back in February the story broke that a school district in Pa. had been accused of spying on students without their knowledge using the webcams on school provided laptops. The story came to light when a student was warned that he was acting inappropriately inside his home.

My daughter is five and she loves these stretchy rubber band bracelets that look like animals and other things when you take them off. She trades them with her friends and wears them all the time. She is a rubber band bracelet ninja though.

Another cool robot from Japan. This time, it’s a huge snake robot, made by the Hirose-Fukushima Lab at Tokyo Institute of Technology. The researchers say it’s not a fun project but that they aim at finding out how snakes can move forward without legs (?)

Here in the US you can buy cool blue controllers for the PS3, but we are stuck with plain black color for our PS3s. Gamers over in Japan will get a cool Blue PS3 that matches those blue controllers we get there in the US starting on November 3.

Evolution Defense is a pretty good tower defense title. While it doesn't add a whole lot to the genre (there is some innovation in terms of how towers are upgraded, and support towers can be built and added in around damaged towers), it is a smooth and direct TD game that's made for the iPhone.

It appears that the latest Sony PSP advert is taking a dig at Apple [AAPL] iPhone users. The advert features a kid who says you can get decent games for the PSP for just $9.99 (older games) that are far better than what's available on the mobile phones.
