The G2, sequel to the late, lamented G1, has been leaking all over the place. This latest, caught by CellPhone Signal, has what appear to be the official pictures for T-Mobile’s site, and though they don’t really reveal anything new, they’re clear and show the handset off well.

Despite stereotypes, music still the dominant factor in how iPhone and iPod touch owners use their devices, the NPD Group discovered. While "virtually all" have downloaded a free app at some point, 82 percent have been willing to pay for music; 56 percent have only ever bought songs from the store.

Olympus has revealed two new lenses today, both for the Micro Four Thirds format. One is a 40-150mm ƒ4.0-5.6 which will sell for just €330 when it is launched in October. This has a silent AF-motor for movie-shooting but is otherwise rather pedestrian thanks to those mediocre maximum apertures.

The Samsung Epic 4G is now available to buy over at Sprint [S] and over at Amazon. Price wise, you'll need to sign up for a two year commitment where you can than grab the phone for $249.99. Amazon also have the Epic 4G listed, but for $50 cheaper also with a two year agreement.

Ahead of an official unveiling at the IFA expo due to kick off this Friday, ViewSonic has confirmed its 7-inch Android tablet, the ViewPad 7. It will have phone functionality as well, making it the largest phone tablet out there, beating out the five-inch Dell Streak.
