Apple relax iOS dev tool limits, will publish App Store Review guidelines

Apple has loosened its guidelines for iOS developers, allowing them to use third-party tools to produce titles for the App Store.  The move is a backtrack on policies put into place earlier this year, which prescribed which languages could be used to create apps: only C, C++ and Objective-C.
