Panasonic GH2 design leaks out with 16MP sensor, 5FPS bursts

Panasonic's first real second-generation Micro Four Thirds camera, the GH2, has leaked with what appears to be authentic details. The camera would have an SLR-style body with a swivel screen like the G2 but would upgrade to a brand new, effectively 16-megapixel sensor.

I was prepared to be really disappointed by this video, but it actually looks kind of awesome. Basically you set up your Nokia N8 about five feet from any TV or display it can plug into via HDMI, and it uses its little camera to track your hands and turn the whole thing into a touchable surface.

Google has just spread word of a new Labs feature that will let users preview a newly enhanced video chat feature. Residing under settings in the Gmail Labs portion, the video chat enhancements are made up of a higher resolution video and a larger chat window.

Good news for those waiting for Facebook Places to activate in the UK. A quick check earlier today on my iPhone 4 shows that it is now active.The Facebook Places service is said to be similar to apps like Foursquare. The app basically tracks where you are and publishes it on your feed in Facebook.
