Recently at a press event in Bangalore, Dell showcased its Dell Streak tablet which was first leaked during mid 2010. Because of its 5” screen size, Dell Streak is much smaller than most tablets out there, but bigger than all the smartphones.

Toshiba brought a new Android tablet to CEATEC that hasn't been seen before, as it's not the Folio 100. The device was brought to the show to demonstrate Toshiba's Book-Place service for the Japanese market. There are no details on this feature, nor the tablet itself....

Earlier this week, we blogged Sharp's new Android phone, the IS03. On paper, the handset has a lot going for it: a nice 3.5-inch touchscreen with 960×640 resolution (same as the iPhone 4) with a combined memory LCD, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 9.6MP CCD camera, Wi-Fi, and Android 2.1 as the OS.
