AT&T chose to aggressively promote Windows Phone 7 by launching a new promo. The Entertainment Pack will give every buyer of an HTC Surround or other new Windows Phone 7 device a free month's access to a Zune Pass along with the same 10 permanent MP3s they would get that month.

Today AMD has released a few teaser images of it new line of HD 68xx graphics cards before the official launch and unveiling on Friday this week. The photos look similar to the recent 5000 series cards with the added exception of the I/O bracket.

I have seen projects that use the resistance of objects around us as feedback into an electronic circuit but I didn’t know that inkjet ink was conductive. I would have thought that it would not have been but I guess at least the type that the project creator is using is.

I really like the streaming music service Rhapsody. I like that I can get all the tunes I want for one price rather than buying tracks I might not listen to that often. Fans of Rhapsody that use a Blackberry smartphone will be glad to hear that the service is now available on RIM devices.

Millennial Media has unveiled the latest numbers for its ad network covering September 2010. The company has announced for the first time ever that devices running Android have beaten the iPhone in revenue on the network. The second most used phone on the network was the Motorola Droid.

I have to say, I'm a little more interested lately in longer and more developed experiences for the iOS devices, which is one reason why I loved Game Dev Story so much. But there is still some space in my app diet for quick, pick-up-and-play experiences, and Tap Disc is one of those.

The Sarpaneva casserole was designed in 1960 by Timo Sarpaneva. I saw it for the first time today, and I’m blown away by the features it packs into such a minimal, simple design. Sarpaneva is Finnish, and designed this cook-pot for iittala (for whom he also designed a logo).

Dell unveiled several new computer displays this week that are LED backlit and aimed at multimedia fans. The new screens include the 22-inch ST2220, the 23-inch ST2320, and 24-inch ST2420 that are all in the Studio LED backlit family.

The Scubster is an underwater bike, a pedal powered submarine with twin propellors that push it through the water at a speedy 5mph. The sub is French, and has been in testing this Summer. The inventor, Stephane Rousson, hopes that rich little boys will buy it as a toy for their expensive yachts.
