A Facebook user has sued Zynga who currently makes six of the top ten Facebook games. Claiming it collected the Facebook data of its 218 million users and shared it with advertisers and data brokers in violation of federal law and Zynga’s contract with Facebook.

As expected, satellite phone maker and carrier TerreStar Networks has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, according to a Tuesday report. The company and 12 of its affiliates had more than $1 billion of liabilities, with $1.4 billion of assets and $1.64 billion of liabilities as of June 30.

Boxee finally have an official release date for their Boxee Box by D-Link, with the media streaming cube shipping on November 10, 2010 to customers who pre-order it through Amazon in the US or Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada, and then November 17 through D-Link’s normal distributors.

Panasonic Japan has outed what the company is calling the smallest ever DVR that integrates both Blu-ray burning and a hard-drive.  The Panasonic DIGA DMR-BF200 measures a slight 210 x 194 x 65 mm and weighs in at 2.2kg; it can burn BD-R or BD-RE discs and or record media to its 320GB hard-drive.
