The just completed 8 House, probably named for its bow-tie shape, is the newest and final addition to Bjarke Ingels Group's trilogy of housing projects with developer Hopfner Partners. The building, located in the Orestad neighborhood of Copenhagen, is the largest private development in Denmark.

In response to the incompatibility of its mobile payment system with the iPhone 4, Square has released an updated version of the product that is compatible with Apple's latest smartphone. The older version interfered with the new phone's antenna by contacting it with its own metal fitting.

Barnes & Noble's special Nook-related event next week may result in a color e-reader, a source mentioned this afternoon. To be called just the Nook Color, it would have a seven-inch touchscreen as its main interface, presumably in place of the split e-paper and LCDs it uses today.
