T-Mobile will add a $15 tethering add-on to its offerings on November 3, according to a Tuesday report. Officially called the Tethering and Wi-Fi Sharing Add-On, it will cost $15 per month and allow users to tether other Wi-Fi devices to the 3G data connections of their smartphones.
