ITC: Nokia unlikely to be violating Apple patents

Apple's ITC complaints against Nokia are unlikely to hold up, the ITC said in a pre-hearing notice. Investigators working in advance have claimed that some elements of the patents are simply invalid while others weren't violated by the Nokia phones as part of the case.

The Leaf I drove a couple months back was more or less final, with only some small adjustments here and there yet to be effected. But some specs have remained in question as the consumer-grade EV entered manufacturing. Nissan has cleared up the matter, mostly anyway, with a nice new spec sheet.
