Currently free for a limited time, iSWiFTER is yet another contender in a growing category of what I'd call "service" apps which allow you to play Flash content on your iOS device. While Skyfire was iPhone compatible, iSWiFTER is iPad-only. How does it work? Just barely.

Find My iPhone/iPad is one terrific benefit of MobileMe. In fact, to me, it is the best part of the service. For an Indiana man, the ability to find a missing iPad worked as it should, but too late to do much good. Here's the depressing story.

Microsoft sues Motorola for alleged gouging on Xbox tech

Microsoft on Tuesday sued Motorola for supposedly charging unnecessarily steep royalties related to the Xbox 360. The suit filed in a Seattle court claimed that Motorola broke good faith with standards companies by gouging on royalties for video decoding and Wi-Fi technology inside Xbox systems.

Google TV is a sad clown right. All dressed up and ready to have fun, but performing in a cemetery. Hulu is blocked, along with all the network’s sites. Comcast’s Hulu-feed Fancast video portal worked for a couple of days but then the almighty overlords shut that down too.
