These airport security stories just won’t go away. Who knows, maybe if the public keeps up the pressure we’ll actually see some, you know, sanity when it comes to security policies and not merely knee-jerk reactions that are the equivalent of putting a used band-aid on a broken arm.

Section: Video, Content, Video Providers, Gadgets / Other When the Boxee software first launched, users were able to watch TV shows streaming from Hulu on the software. Then Hulu blocked Boxee, and Boxee included a web browser in the software to get around the blocks.

I had really high hopes for Google TV and the Logitech Revue box that launched not too long ago. Those hopes were quickly dashed when Hulu and all of the major networks blocked the device from streaming their videos to the TV using Google TV.
