My brain is mush. It’s not that I’m at all busy during this show, it’s that it starts so darn early and I do pretty much nothing other than babysit the computers to make sure they don’t blow up.

The Beatles will be the center of Apple's iTunes news on Tuesday, a major leak may have confirmed today. Talks running as late as last week between Apple, the Beatles and EMI should have Apple announcing that the band's catalog will "soon" be on Apple's store.

Apple's special iTunes unveiling on Tuesday isn't likely to involve new streaming music features, alleged insiders said today. Music industry contacts echoed statements that Apple doesn't have deals and by extension wouldn't have rights to either a flat-rate subscription or to an online locker.

Signs have emerged today from Apple's own software that the company's new iTunes feature may involve live streaming in some form despite claims to the contrary. A new discovery by Italian at Apple Lounge has found that iTunes 10.1 has added references in a .plist file to "iTunes Live Stream."
