It looks like Expansys is making a habit out of stealing people’s thunder, this being the second product page to go up prior to official announcement in the past week. This time it’s the Nokia E75 which, admittedly, wasn’t much of a secret at this point anyway.

A federal judge on Friday gave Mac cloner Psystar the greenlight on continuing its countersuit against Apple. The ruling allows Psystar to amend its counterclaim to allege Apple is stretching copyright laws by prohibiting the Mac operating system from being installed on non-Apple PCs.

The XB stands for “eXtra Bass,” according to Sony. These new deluxe cans also “recreate the club ambience,” which is not really what I try to get out of my headphones, but a lot of people seem to like clubs, so it’s a worthwhile goal for Sony.

It's the attack of the clones. After releasing its 8-megapixel touchscreen phone on T-Mobile last week, Samsung has announced a similar device but with a physical keyboard. The latest Samsung Ultra Touch S8300 phone is a slider that comes with a bright OLED-based display and a 8-megapixel camera.
